Uniform

Students must conform to the College’s Uniform Policy with regards to both their appearance and attire. Wearing the College uniform is a symbol of being part of the College community and as such it should be worn well indicating commitment and excellence. Parents are expected to support College expectations by prioritising the correct wearing of uniform as a part of daily routines. Please refer to our Uniform Look Book as a visual representation of these expectations. Please also be aware of the College guidelines for hair and jewellery.

As we are currently transitioning to a new uniform please refer to the Existing Uniform and New Uniform prices lists for more information.

The Uniform Shop
The Uniform Shop is operated on campus for the convenience of our families. For information on uniform costs view our Uniform Price List. Please bring along your own reusable bag, as the uniform shop no longer provides plastic bags.  Size charts can be found below in the Uniform Guidelines linked to the relevant item and NWCC families can also order via the online Uniform Order form on Munch Monitor.

The uniform shop is ‘cashless’. All purchases are to be made by EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or Amex. If you would like your child to purchase items from the uniform shop, please provide them with the relevant card details.

The Uniform Shop Location
The NWCC Uniform Shop is located on Regent St [see map below]. Our hours of operation and phone number are as follows;

The Uniform Shop will be open during the July school holidays for appointment only on:

Monday, 22 July - 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1pm to 3:30pm
Wednesday, 24 July - 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1pm to 3:30pm
Thursday, 25 July - 1:30pm to 3:30pm
Friday, 26 July - 11:00am to 3:30pm

We are prioritising uniform fitting appointments during this period for current College families who would like to transition their child/ren to the new uniform in 2025. Additional fitting appointments will also be available during the month of August should you not be able to make a time during the July school holidays.

These fitting appointments will ensure that:

  • you understand the new uniform sizing range
  • you can complete a sizing profile (with allowance for growth for your child/ren) to take home
  • you are ready to purchase the new uniform online when it is available on Munch Monitor later in the year

We strongly encourage current families to book a fitting timeslot in July and August via this link, as priority of Term 4 fitting timeslots will go to new 2025 families and students transitioning to Kindergarten.

Please email uniform@nwcc.nsw.edu.au or call the office on 02 8889 4600 (option 4) if you have any further questions.
