Thursday, 30 May - Friday, 1 April 2026
The 2026 Symposium brings together emerging Christian teachers and educational leaders around a shared conviction: excellent Christian education is established in love. As Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 13:1, even the most gifted among us is nothing without love. Across two purposefully shaped days, participants will explore how the way of love forms both the heart of the teacher and the culture of the communities that support them.
Day One: Trainee Symposium
Day one invites trainee teachers to reflect on how Christian teaching flows from being known, loved, and called by God. Through keynotes, workshops, and guided reflection, trainees will consider how love shapes their identity, their practice, and their vision for the classroom. This day is designed to nurture emerging teachers as they grow in confidence, character, and calling.
Day Two: Leadership Symposium
Day two gathers Teaching School directors, principals, mentors, tertiary partners, and system leaders to unite around a shared vision for forming the next generation of Christian teachers through the way of love. Participants will explore how Christ‑like love can guide leadership, strengthen partnerships, and cultivate communities where both staff and trainees flourish. Panels, keynotes, and collaborative conversations will highlight the transformative impact of leading from the heart.
