Christian Programs
The College has a range of avenues through which students experience the Lord Jesus and learn the biblical principles that God presents to us through the Scriptures. Many of these programs encourage students to exhibit College values in their character and through very practical actions in the local, regional, national and international communities, and give Christian students an opportunity to share and express their faith in these same settings. At the heart of our BPL framework is that students would love God, and express this love through service, faith, wisdom, and virtue.
Lessons in all courses are presented from a biblical worldview and with a Christian perspective. Christian perspective, wherever possible, is shared in a real and relevant way to students in the course of their learning. Students are encouraged to see the gospel message as a part of their everyday experience.
All College students undertake devotions with their class teacher (Primary) or mentor (Secondary).
The College Chaplain supports students’ spiritual, social and emotional well-being as part of the College’s welfare team. He is responsible for directing Chapel services and lunchtime ministry groups. The Chaplain also mentors' students in Christian leadership as part of the College’s leadership development program.
Appointments can be made by students to meet with the Chaplain through classroom teachers in the Primary Years or mentors in the Secondary Years.
The College has a sequenced program of Biblical Studies that leads students to understand and explore God’s message for them throughout their time at the College. This involves weekly Biblical Studies classes from Kindergarten - Year 10 and fortnightly in Year 11-12 as overseen by the College Chaplain.
The Chaplain directs fortnightly Chapel services for Infants and Primary, and weekly Chapel services for Year 7-9 and Year 10-12, providing students with an opportunity to worship and have the Bible applied to their lives. In Chapels, students have the opportunity to lead, serve and share in the Chapel ministry team.
College students assist various charities with their time in acts of service, or by fundraising. The College has been a long time supporter of TEAR Fund, Blacktown Carevan, Samaritan’s Purse, Destiny Rescue. The College's commitment to service in the community has recently been recognised with two national awards; the Uniting Care Anti-Poverty Award for schools, and the Adolescent Success Community Connections Award.

College students raise funds to support children sponsored through Compassion Australia.
Crusaders staff visit the College regularly to promote the development of Christian leadership across the College and help train our student leaders in the area of Christian ministry.
The College’s annual Christmas carols concert is a wonderful opportunity for our whole College community to give thanks to the Father for the gift of Jesus. Students are given opportunity to bless others through music and share the joy that Jesus brings to their lives. Details of the December event are published on the College home page in November each year.
There are opportunities for students across the College to join a lunch-time ministry group. These groups are run by student leaders and combine fun in games and friendship with worship and a gospel message. In Primary Years this group is called Ministry 4 Kids (M4K), and in Secondary Years it is called Greatest Of All Time (G.O.A.T).
