Responsibilities with online learning – Secondary

When students are not learning in the regular classroom context, they will be learning online using Canvas.

1. Teachers will prepare lesson content – made available through Canvas
2. Students will need to access Canvas at the appropriate time and look at what teachers have communicated. It is the students’ responsibility to ensure that they understand what is required by reading all content and asking questions of peers, the teacher or appropriate adults.
3. Students must complete set work including any necessary uploads.
4. Students are encouraged to continue working on curriculum content in any remaining lesson time, before taking a 2-3 minute break before their next lesson.
