We welcome Eliza Faulder as an Early Childhood Educator to the ELC in 2019. She has a Diploma of Children Services and Care and is halfway through completing a Bachelor of Early Education.
Eliza loves that educators at Norwest have personal relationships with each family and child they teach, students are not just a number, but they are part of the NWCC family. She is passionate about creating a safe and caring environment for students in her care. She has been teaching young children for the past 4 years and is excited to be working at Norwest because she feels encouraged by the christian environment that keeps pointing to Jesus while still feeling connected with the community.
Something that drives Eliza as an educator is “looking back at the end of each term and year and seeing how much each child has grown not only physically but socially and emotionally as an individual. I love helping the younger generation to strive to be the best version of themselves.
Eliza attends Pitt Town Anglican church and has a passion for travel and mission. Particularly close to her heart is the African village of Watoto, where she would love to one day visit on mission and serve the children there.
In her spare time, Eliza enjoys spending a day out at the beach, sun baking and eating fish and chips.
