Kathleen and Paul have been sending their two daughters, Amelia and Lillian, to Norwest Christian College for many years. “We looked through many Christian school prospectus’ choosing this College as it had a good Christian base and affordable fees.”
Kathleen reflected on her time as a parent and admitted that she was thoroughly impressed with “the way the school caters for both very bright children and children that struggle academically.” Over the years, she has witnessed in her daughters tremendous growth academically and in their enthusiasm for sports and Christianity. Kathleen added, “The school is interested in open communication between parents and teachers. I find the school responsive to positive suggestions from the parents.”
“The support given by the teachers is beyond my expectations.” Kathleen explained that the size of the school benefits her daughters as they are not ‘lost’ or un-appreciated. “With the College being a smaller school it allows the children to shine in areas that in a larger school they may not.”
“I love the way the principal walks through the playground and chats to all the children, even the littlest ones. He is never in a rush and will stop, smile and converse with all the kids,” she reflects proudly.
