The following process applies to Local Students only. Overseas Students have a slightly different process that can be found on in the Overseas Students page of the website.
1. INVESTIGATION
Our friendly Student Enrolment Manager is more than happy to speak with you and answer any of your questions about the College prior to you engaging in the enrolment process. Have a read through our prospectus, or come along to our Open Day and speak with our students, parents and staff about our College community.
2. APPLICATION
Download the Application Form or call our Student Enrolment Manager on (02) 8889 4600 and send the completed form to the College by:

Please make sure you read our Conditions of Enrolment, Privacy Statement, Statement of Faith, Parent Code of Conduct and Student Code of Conduct prior to submitting your application.
If you are enrolling more than one child, download and complete the additional child form as needed to be included with your application.
3. ASSESSMENT
Once we have received your application, it will be reviewed and assessed by our Enrolment Committee. Our Student Enrolment Manager will contact you with the result of your enrolment application, and let you know if your application will be eligible to progress or whether you will be placed on our waiting list.
4. INTERVIEW
At a mutually convenient time, we will arrange an interview for you with the Principal and give you and your family a tour of the College.
5. OFFER
Following the interview, if successful a letter of offer will be sent to you along with an Acceptance of Enrolment form.
6. ACCEPTANCE
A $250 Application Fee is payable when a family applies to enrol their first child in the College. An additional $250 Enrolment Fee is payable when an offer of enrolment is accepted by a family for their first child. These fees are non-refundable.
7. COMMENCEMENT
Once we receive your Acceptance of Enrolment form and enrolment fee, you will be notified of commencement dates, orientation days, uniform fittings, and other pertinent details which will assist your child’s transition into the College Community.
