Student Leadership in the Primary Years
As a K-12 College, we provide a pathway for developing leaders to grow and use their gifts for the benefit of the College community. The College is developing the leaders of the future through a comprehensive program that provides support, training and education in leadership skills through all stages of schooling.
The College’s leadership development program begins in the Primary Years. The interpersonal and organisational skills necessary for leadership are integrated into the Primary classroom curriculum. Students are given opportunities to use and develop their leadership skills throughout their Primary Years culminating in the opportunity to be appointed as Primary Captain.
