Each student is mentored in small CIA (Christianity in Action) Groups that meet regularly. The CIA teacher is responsible for the welfare of their students considering their emotional, social and academic needs. The CIA Teacher is also an important point of contact for parents and students alike and is a part of the overall system of care management within the College
